When will my order ship?
Your purchase with Barefoot Gypsy Boutique will be shipped on the next business day.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link so that you can track your order.

How much does it cost for shipping?
FREE Shipping on orders over $100. A flat rate of $7.00 will be charged for orders under $100.

Can I return my merchandise?
We want our Gypsies of the world to be HAPPY with their purchase! We will gladly accept exchanges or give store credit of unworn, unwashed and/or defective items and tags in tact up to 7 days from the date the order was delivered or 14 days of when it was purchased at our store location.

*Please note: Special Orders, Gift Cards & Sale Items are non-exchangeable/available for store credit

When will I receive my Store Credit/Exchange?
Store Credit is generally processed within 5-7 days upon receiving your return shipment (all merchandise is subject to inspection). We will then email you a CODE for Store Credit for the value of your returned merchandise. You can then use that CODE in store or online for future purchases up to 6 months from the date of the Return.

Your Exchange will be shipped out the following business day. Complimentary Shipping. If we do not have the merchandise you are requesting, we will issue you Store Credit in it's place and you will receive via Email a CODE to use in store or online up to 6 months from your exchange attempt.

How do I mail my return?

To Return in Person, please bring to the store location:

To Return or Exchange by Mail:
Please mail your return in the original package if possible. Include the Return/Exchange Order Form in the package. Also, ALL packages must be PRE-PAID, as we cannot accept COD deliveries. We cannot refund the shipping cost for your returns; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please Be sure to Insure your Package.
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by some sort of traceable shipping method. Unfortunately we cannot credit or refund any item that is damaged, lost in shipping or sent COD. (We do not refund shipping cost for returns/exchanges; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you)
