Do you ever wonder why some people like the mountains, some the beach, some the city, and some the country? Do you suppose it is possible that there is some sort of chemistry or energy between our souls and our geographic location?
Some lucky people are born exactly where they belong, but some people have to travel where they feel happiest. A lot of people take their yearly vacations to the same types of places every year, maybe a different beach, or different mountain town, but they tend to gravitate towards the same type of scenery. Why do they do this? It is where they feel the most at ease.
I often wonder why people wait until they retire, or sacrifice 51 weeks out of 52 a year staying someplace that they don’t dream to be. I think it’s great to have something to look forward to doing every year, but wouldn’t it be wonderful to be in your favorite setting all year, and enjoy what you do on vacation every weekend instead?
Shouldn’t we live where we feel most inspired? I encourage you to take time to reflect and look at where you are now and where you want to be. If it’s not the same place …what’s holding you back?
Life is so short and it truly just passes us by, live your dream and you never know where they will lead you next...
